2012-13 Europa League Quarter-Final Draw

The prospect of an all-English final in the 2012-13 Europa League is very much alive, with the three Premier League contenders kept apart.

Chelsea, last year's Champions League winners, will meet Russian side Rubin Kazan, while Tottenham face Swiss club FC Basel after Friday's draw.

Chelsea v Rubin Kazan
Tottenham v FC Basel
Fenerbahçe v Lazio
Benfica v Newcastle

First legs to be played on 4 April and second legs to be played on 11 April.

In each of the previous two campaigns in which a country has had three sides in the quarter-finals, one went on to lift the trophy – FC Porto in 2010/11 and Club AtlĂ©tico de Madrid last May and they both beat domestic rivals in the final.

The five other teams will have something to say about that, though.

FINAL : Amsterdam Arena, 15th May 2013
